Annual Auto Law Seminar

On November 24, 2015 the New Jersey Defense Association, in conjunction with the Insurance Council of New Jersey, hosted its annual Auto Law Seminar at the Hotel Woodbridge at Metropark.  Over 100 attorneys and insurance personnel from throughout the State attended the seminar, which was moderated by Robert Luthman, Esq. of Weir & Associates, LLC and John Mallon, Esq. of Chasan Leyner & Lamparello, PC.  The seminar offered a diverse array of topics addressing a wide variety of issues including use of biomechanical experts in personal injury matters, neuropsychological claims and defenses, and evidential implications and practice pointers in light of the Appellate Division’s recent holding in James v. Ruiz, 440 N.J. Super. 45 (App. Div. 2015).
